INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
You may be looking for a therapist who gets you. You may be nonmonogamous or involved in or curious about nontraditional relationships, kinky, LGBTQIA2S+, a parent, neurodivergent, sensitive, creative, Jewish, a child of immigrants, BIPOC, have other identities, or don’t identify with established labels or identities. I can help guide and support you in your explorations and liminal experience.
A session together could involve inquiry about what’s bringing you to therapy, your somatic experience, or your family of origin. We might engage in a Gestalt exercise or mindfulness meditation. I might ask about ways in which you’re resourcing or taking care of yourself because self-care and putting on your oxygen mask first is so important.
